What We Do

Explicit Care Solutions is a CQC registered service tailored for individuals aged from 18 and above who have mental health, physical health, learning disabilities and substance misuse (Dual Diagnosis) needs in the community. Our service is tailor made to empower them with independent living skills. We offer 9am-5pm, 24 hr support living care, housing related and day concierge support.

Our living provisions offer the following to our service users:

  • Shopping skills
  • Job application and interview skills
  • Promotion of self-hygiene and self-respect
  • Opportunities to develop independence and self-reliance
  • Promoting choice and equality
  • A provision that is staffed for 24 hours or as required
  • Semi Independent Support
  • Floating Support
  • Friendly and experienced staff including Therapists, Counsellors and Dual Diagnosis Workers
  • Drug and Alcohol 1:1 or group therapy support sessions
  • A very clean accommodation in a good area offering security and peace of mind
  • High-quality shared facilities
  • High-quality en-suite facilities
  • Bedrooms furnished to a high standard and new linen on arrival
  • Work closely with Landlords to assist clients on Housing benefits to get individual accommodation (Tenancy Support)

Activities available for Service Users

We encourage clients to engage in community activities that meet their interests (for example, sporting activities, educational opportunities and leisure activities). These can be accommodated on a group or individual basis, depending on need and ability. This enables them to begin to integrate into the community and develop social networks and friendships. There will be a range of in-house activities on offer, as well as development of independent living skills through cooking, personal hygiene and domestic chores.
